

A Marchese di Villamarina single vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon from the Sella & Mosca estate will grace diners’ glasses for the tagliatelle course, a really special wine that manages to be intense and mellow at the same time. A classic Cab with all the intricate tannins, black currant and woody notes that you would expect.
Bringing out the even bigger guns for the beef course, Aaron & Jacques Scott will be showcasing their beloved Bertani Amarone from 2003. Hear Aaron wax lyrical about this and all the other award winning wines as he regales diners with his tales of travels around Italy’s finest wineries.
